Përkujdesja is the first innovative Albanian platform which aims to be a virtual ‘meeting spot’ between the patient and health care providers with the aim of informing and providing health services.

This platform aims to simplify patient-service provider communication and consequently the provision of health care services.

Making it possible to connect the patient with the nearest health care provider reduces response time and costs for both parts. Moreover, this platform is accessible everywhere, in rural areas also where the transmission of information is even more difficult than in urban areas and access to health care is extremely low.

Përkujdesja was ‘born’ at a relatively difficult time; at the onset of the pandemic, a period during which exchanging information was extremely difficult.

For this reason, this platform was quickly transformed into a new communication channel for all health care providers in the field of medicine. Patients were also introduced to an easily accessible source of information, from which they can get solution within a very short time in terms of their health requirements (ongoing or urgent).
